October 20, 2013
Big is beautiful this fall. And upon seeing models clad in cocoon coats of all colours, textures and patterns repeatedly on the runways of Céline, Carven, Giambattista Valli, Proenza Schouler and many other's A/W 2014 collections - these loose fit, oversized coats with a rounded silhouette have been on my mind ever since, so much, that I even purchased a cozy wool one from Cortefiel and it is already my fall staple along with my Topshop leather Chelsea boots.

Not only you can wear them with buttoned-up shirts and masculine trousers, but also with pencil skirts, a chunky sweater tucked inside and heels too. . . Perhaps cocoons aren't for everyone, but if you like to play up your femininity in other ways; then you are a worthy member of the oversized coat sorority.

So, are you going to join the 'oversized coat' club?
